What data we collect
We collect your contact details and any other information you submit to us through our email sign-up or elsewhere.
What we use your data for
Your information is used primarily to send ministry & family updates, prayer requests, and other relevant messages. From time to time we also aim to reach out directly to those who receive our updates, to connect on a more personal level. Your birthday is requested solely for us to be able to wish you a happy birthday on the day.

The services we use to send the bulk of our messages currently include (but are not limited to) Sender.net, Epistle.org and PrayVine.org. Personal contact occurs through services provided by (but not limited to) Google (e.g. Gmail), Meta (e.g. WhatsApp) and Calendly (for appointment coordination).
We will never sell your data and will not pass any of it on to any third party that doesn’t fall within the scope of the services mentioned above without your permission.
How long we retain your data
We retain your data indefinitely unless you specifically ask us to delete it.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we may be obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
